Logistics Manager

As a Logistics Manager in our team, you will play a key role in the supply chain process, responsible for end-to-end logistics management—from procurement to the efficient delivery of goods to end customers. This position is dynamic, challenging, and highly responsible, with the full support of an experienced and professional team.

Job Description:

• Ordering and organizing the delivery of goods for brands such as Euchner, Kuebler, Contrinex, Invertek, Ross, Novus, Delta, Ixon, Festo, Klemsan, Ho-Matic, Siemens, and Motortronics
• Planning and coordinating transport from suppliers to warehouse (import/export)
• Cooperation with freight forwarders and customs authorities
• Organizing deliveries to customers, tracking orders, and resolving potential complaints
• Close communication with suppliers and key account clients (KAM)
• Preparing offers, invoices, delivery notes, and other accompanying documentation
• Organizing business travel (tickets, accommodation, visas, transport)
• Monitoring and updating orders in the customer database and informing clients of any changes

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming orders and preparing quotations
• Timely issuing of invoices, reminders, and relevant documents
• Accurate and effective communication with customers and suppliers
• Coordinating all logistics phases to ensure optimal delivery efficiency
• Active participation in continuous improvement of business processes
• Maintaining relationships with regular customers, including quotations, pro forma invoices, and delivery orders (Key Account - OEM clients)

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and operational administration
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in logistics, business administration, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Resourcefulness, independence, precision, and analytical thinking
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
• Openness to varied tasks and ability to respond quickly to changes
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and active driver
