Signal converters and optical fiber modules
Signal converters in various models and optical modules enable reliable communications - with a wide range of interfaces - between controllers and sensors. In addition to encoders, linear sensors and inclinometers from Kubler, these products are a convenient addition to the entire range of sensors. Take advantage of the new possibilities for a comprehensive concept from a single source.

Fiber optics
Signal transmission without interference up to 2000 m.The system consists of an optical transmitter and an optical receiver in an incremental or absolute design. The transmitter module converts electrical signals into optical light pulses. They are converted again at the receiver module. Since all modules use the same signal transfer protocol, incremental optical modules can be used as level converters or level converters. Transmitter and receiver modules can be combined as needed.
Frequency dividers
Custom adjustment of frequency signals even at high input frequencies. Separate division of the zero pulse. The FT frequency divider is used for error-free division of frequencies or pulses from conventional encoders, sensors, or other incremental measuring systems. Four easily-accessible DIL switches can be used
to program division ratios from 1:1 to 1:4096 as well as the desired display of the direction of rotation. A separately adjustable divider is available for the zero signal.
The module is quickly and easily mounted in the control cabinet on a standard DIN rail.
Level converters - for separation and conversion of digital signals
Conversion and inversion of voltage levels (HTL / TTL). Can also be used for potential separation and as a directional decoder. The PW 1D-1D universal level converter, directional decoder, and potential isolation amplifier accepts both single-track and dual-track incremental encoder signals on its input, which can be designed either as RS422 / TTL or as HTL level (10 to 30 V). If the signal is related to the direction of rotation, the direction can be specified either by a 90° phase shift of channels A and B or by a static direction signal
The module is quickly and easily mounted in the control cabinet on a standard DIN rail.
Signal converters
Conversion of the input signal into the desired output signal. The signals can also be filtered or linearized.Signal converters convert the format of the input signals into the desired output format. In addition to the pure conversion of signals, signal converters also offer the possibility of filtering or linearizing signals. Additional functions such as calculations, sampling and data logging are also possible. The modules are usually set using DIL switches or, alternatively, by software.
Signal splitters
Lossless duplication of input signals and simultaneous conversion of the signal level into different formats.A signal splitter enables lossless duplication of input signals. At the same time, the signal levels are adjusted (HTL / TTL) or converted to a different format. Signal splitters with two input signals and additional control inputs can also be used as bounce-free signal crossovers or dual level converters.
