Displays and counters
Encoders are devices that convert mechanically into an electrical signal, suitable for further processing. They are an essential element in all electric motor drives. They are used to measure position, angle, velocity, linear displacement, etc. Encoders are an indispensable part of any regulated electric motor drive and their application is important for closed-loop control, for applications requiring precision control.
