XURUI Inductive proximity switches
XURUI inductive sensors belong to the category of reliable and economical industrial sensors for the detection of metal objects. XURUI inductive sensors, often referred to as proximity sensors or proximity switches, have a wide range of applications, both in small systems and machines (conveyors), packing machines, winding machines, etc., all the way to large industrial plants. In general, sensors, in this case inductive, are of great importance for any automatic or semi-automatic industrial system. The principle of operation of inductive sensors is based on the dependence of the inductance of the coil on the magnetic resistance in the electromagnetic circuit or on electromagnetic induction.
The advantage of inductive sensors is in contactless operation, which brings a reduction in wear and a very long service life, and the disadvantage is the detection of exclusively magnetic materials. They are mainly made in a high degree of IP protection (IP65-IP67) and thus insensitive to adverse environmental influences (moisture, dust). Inductive sensors have their role in the packaging industry, wood industry, automotive industry, mining industry, food industry, ie in any automated process.
The divisions of inductive sensors are mainly made according to the shape of the housing, the type of output signal, precision, connection method and material of manufacture.
