Safety switch NM - small plastic switch; large selection of actuating heads

The plastic-encapsulated safety switches of design NM are used for monitoring the position of safety doors and moving machine components. These switches are available with 5 different actuating heads:

• Roller plunger
• Rounded plunger
• Roller arm
• Lever arm
• Hinged actuator

Every user can thus employ the most suitable actuating element for their application.

Safety switch NM.VZ - small plastic switch

The plastic-encapsulated safety switches of design NM are used for monitoring the position of safety doors and moving machine components.

• Minimum dimensions combined with maximum functionality
• 4 side approach directions
• 1 approach direction from above
• Approach direction can be changed simply and quickly
• Increased actuator overrun of 4 mm
• Smallest approach radii with straight/angled actuators
• 3 cable entries laterally and from below (type NM11..., NM02...,NM12..., NM03...)
• Large connection space of the individual contact elements
• Up to 3 switching contacts

Safety switch NQ - small, flat plastic switch

If guard locking is not needed, there is now an even smaller solution. The safety switch NQ without guard locking impresses with its dimensions of 30 x 15 x 78 mm. Three switching contacts are integrated into the NQ.
With the series NQ, perfectly adapted safety products are available particularly for very small machines, as are common for instance in packaging systems.

Safety switch NP - compact plastic switch

Safety switches series NP permit operation of a plant only when the guard is in the closed position or the actuator is inserted into the switch.

Safety switch GP - plastic switch

The safety switch GP is the counterpart to safety switch TP. The entire TP and GP product family possesses the same actuating head and the same actuator.

Safety switch SGP - plastic switch with switch head made of metal

The safety switch SGP is the counterpart to safety switch STP. The entire STP and SGP product family has the same metal actuating head and the same actuator.

Safety switch SGA - metal switch

The safety switch SGA is the counterpart to safety switch STA in full metal version. Like the safety switch STA, as well as the safety switches STP and SGP with plastic housings, the SGA also has the same metal actuating head and the same actuators.

Safety switch NZ.VZ - robust metal safety switch

The type NZ.VZ safety switch has a standardized basic housing according to EN 50 041. The extremely sturdy, die-cast alloy housing in conjunction with the high degree of protection IP67 permits use under extreme ambient conditions.

Safety switch NX - metal switch

The safety switch NX without guard locking is the counterpart to safety switch TX with guard locking. Both safety switches have the same actuator. In this way, a system can be operated using safety switches with or without guard locking depending on the specific application and requirement.

N1A / NB01 single limit switches and NZ position switches according to EN 50041

These series are available in different designs. The multiple adjustability of the actuating mechanisms (plunger, lever arm or switch head), as well as the option of any installation orientation, ensures simple integration in all systems.
